Extremely dissatisfied with this service as it took 3 months to sort out my citizen card, even though I have lived in this country all my life, it has caused me servire stress and anxiety.

Got a tattoo. And a few ither tattoo places accepted including vidvid ink. Nisa local accepted. Co op. Deliveroo. Etc

Thankyou very much the service citizen card provided was very good one not very good at filling out forms and such but they made it very simple and quick much appreciated.
My son needed a proof of age as had no driving licence or passport so I helped him with this and was easy to navigate, really quick response and very impressed.
I used the best camera I had to hand. They take the money immediately and then keep saying, "the photo isn't good enough". I tried getting a friend as a referee. They said she'd refused to give a reference. I asked her, and they'd declined her details.
THE SITE IS DODGY.
Really good customer service and quick to making the card, just be wary about who you use as a referee as it's a bit confusing. Currently waiting for mine to be posted however not been contacted about where it will be delivered to, anyone know how to sort this?

Easy to deal with and asked for receipt as client lost their one and they gave it to me. Helpful and quick replies
My passport was out of date I had 4 days to get a id and I order my citizen card and it was with me in 2 days very fast
I applied for the next age band card and paid express delivery to be sent when my next age band reached. I emailed customer services within minutes of my application to explain that it was for the next age band and to send the card in January by express delivery which I paid for.
They sent a card for my current age band which arrived a few days later. That is not what I asked for.
The response from Customer Services did not deal with my query so I have emailed their complaints department and asked for a manager to deal with it. I am waiting for a response from a Manager to see whether they are indeed a customer orientated organisation who will send me out the correct age band card on my birthday as I explained to them in my email.
It is easy to praise a company when transactions are straight forward but you can really see what is behind a company when things go wrong and how their customer services department or Managers deal with it.
I will update this review when I have received a response email from a Manager at Citizencard.
UPDATE 29 Dec
Received an nice email from Citizencard asking me to post back the incorrect card and then they will send me the correct one ONCE they have received it. This means I have to make an unplanned trip to a post office. Also they have not offered to pay for the return postage so this means I will be inconvenienced AND be out of pocket nor have they stated the correct card will be sent out by express delivery.
I have asked Citizencard if I should be paying the postage to return the incorrect card. I await their reply and will update with this and about the express delivery.
Later in the day I received an email asking if I would like to be sent a pre paid return envelope to which I have said yes.
UPDATE 7TH JANUARY 2021
CITIZENCARD HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY FOR A CARD & EXPRESS DELIVERY BUT WILL NOT SENT ME MY CARD even though THEY made an error.
I have paid for express delivery for the next age card that should have arrived today as I paid for express delivery. It was their error. Why is it that they need me to send back the old card when that is now no longer valid especially as I have not received a pre paid envelope for its return.
Citizencard you have taken money for the card I ordered including extra money I paid for EXPRESS delivery and STILL I do not have the correct card that I ordered and paid for.
If you don't intend to send me the correct card I ordered today or reimburse me for the card and the extra money I paid for EXPRESS delivery as I have not received that service from you, please let me know.
